We want you to love your AIM UP cap. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

To start a return simply email us at the address on our Contact page and we'll sort it out — no drama, no runaround.

Exchanges Want a different colorway? No problem. Contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange for another Crown Series cap.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll fix it at no cost to you. Every time. No questions asked.

Shipping Costs on Returns For change of mind returns, return shipping is at the buyer's cost. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.

Processing Time Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days  of receiving the returned item.
